Day 1: Kinabalu National Park
Travel to the headquarters of Mt Kinabalu National Park and enjoy spectacular views. Explore one
of the many trails through the forest. Stay two nights at the Wildlife Mountain Lodge.
Day 2: Poring Hot Springs
Take a short trek on the Canopy Walkway, suspended between trees it offers a bird’s eye view of the
rainforest.
Day 3: Sukau
Visit the Gomantong Caves, home to more than a million bats. Stay two nights at the Sukau River Lodge.
Day 4: Kinabatangan River
Enjoy a boat trip in this area renowned for the greatest concentration of wildlife in Borneo. You may view Orang Utans, red/silver leaf monkeys, elephants, crocodiles and rare Proboscis Monkeys.
Day 5: Libaran Island
Join a glass bottom boat cruise or snorkel at the nearby marine islands to see colourful corals and fishes of the Sulu Sea. Afternoon walk to a nearby fishermans’s village. Overnight Libaran Island Lodge.
Day 6: Selingan Turtle Island
Turtle Island is the most important breeding Marine Park in south east Asia. It is a rare experience to witness hugh green turtles lumber ashore most nights to dig a hole and lay around 100 eggs. Overnight Selingan Island Chalet.
Day 7: Sepilok Orang Utan Centre
Visit the famous Sepilok Orang Utan Centre to see the rehabilitation of once captive Orang Utans. Return to Kota Kinabalu by air to complete your itinerary.
